Veale up Euclid Heights to Lee through Forest Hills, back Mayfield to Euclid through the Quad to Veale (with Mitchell)-

I was expecting some cake distanced run followed by a long cross training session in solitude today, but happened to arrive at the same time Mitchell was running so I went with him. I started out wanting four or five miles, but just never made the decision to turn around and ended up at this. My foot felt perfectly fine.

We talked in detail about the Tea Party and Occupy Wall Street for a bit and liberal Protestantism for a while as well.

Normally I wouldn't care about numbers like these but at the moment I feel amazing about them considering I was in a boot two weeks ago.

I still need to make sure I don't go crazy here increasing mileage.
