Speed Workout on Track

So I went to the track planning on doing some 400s, but I wasn't sure how many or how fast, especially since this week has been pretty lackluster in terms of my training. Ended up on settling around 73s, and after 5 I was pretty tired so I decided to crank the last one. It was a 66 but I felt pretty shitty after it so my cooldown was slowed to a crawl.

In any case the workout went decently. It was fairly windy throughout the workout but it didn't seem to hurt my times any.
