Tues: 20 min wu + strides / 5 x (3 min run + 2 min 5k pace + 1 min fast relaxed stride pace) / 2 x 20 walking lunges with 2 strides in between
and a second 30 min easy

w/ KB on Kents Pond. Had the day off work; feeling great Got a smoothie afterward!
