Comments:
coach wanted us to do a time trial today so we had a bunch of 4x8s. i only got an hour and a half of sleep last night and didn't eat lunch today but didn't run as bad as i thought i was going to. I felt like shit standing on the line but i didn't feel too bad during the first lap. splits were 61.xx and 68.xx for a 2:10. I ran the 3rd leg and was pretty far back but caught one team on the home stretch. We beat Joe Dillon so we won in spirit.
