Weather: 50 degrees.

Comments:
Nice and easy run with Lianne and Shannon. God that was so nice!!! Out and back through Johnson Park. It felt so nice for the three of us to be running again. :-)I. I have to say that I am so pleased with the way that my relationship with Lianne has turned out. There was a while there when I thought that I would never again be good friends with this wonderful and beautiful woman. Thank god I was wrong. :-) we have been able to become close friends again and I couldn't be happier about it. She is wonderful and i hope that she will find real happiness. Some guy is going to be real lucky and I will be very jealous... in a good way.
