Ankle is still real swollen. Money is in the bank, I just need it to be ready to go on regionals. Got a ride over to the track with Barnes then hopped on the spinner to do the workout. 7 x 1000, the 5 x 200. Obviously, it wasnt going to be as hard as running, but I tired for sure. Closed my eyes and gave it hell, focused on staying relaxed and breathing in nose out mouth. Went on the same timing everyone else did, since I was out there watching them. Then I just went 33 sec real hard for the 200s. Felt tired after, but it wasnt as intense as running would have been. Walked/ jogged back to veale with Peter and Paul.
Had our meeting after, looked at the situation, where we stand. Its all heart and balls now. Go out there, show everyone its out turn by running smart and running together. Why have we been training since June?
Stretched at the meeting, then rolled and did pushups, dips, and abs before heading down to ESTEM ankle. Its feeling a lot better I can see the progress and reduction in swelling. See whats up on Friday... Might be able to get those mile paces in. Other wise legs feel good. Also pretty sure I got worse chaffing in my life. Now I know what chlamydia feels like.
