Comments:
2 mile warm-up to the track, drills, then 7 x 1000. The first at 3:10 which felt very relaxed - 25:20 - and then 3:07, 3:07, 3:02, 3:03, 3:00, 2:54. Still did not feel very strained at the end, my form felt relaxed and my breathing was good. It was great how we were together. 200s were fine.

Good meeting after. Stretching, Rolling, then 3 x 20 dips, push ups, and abs @ home.
