Nice chill day. Hung out at veale before biking at 3. Nice day out really wanted to run, still a little too weak. Didnt really want to bike, but I got into it. I was booking it by the end, feeling pumped, thinking about racing at Regionals, how I could imagine myself in that position for the team, but it seemed so far away. Its here now, and I need to remember why I want to be here.
Got off drenched in sweat, then went down to the track to do hurdles and hammies, which went well. Jumped in the pool with Chris after he got back.
Stretch, roll, L7, abs, the ESTEM on the ankle. Swelling has gone down a lot, but I can still feel it. Ill ask coaches what to do, if its safe to run or wait till monday. We can tape it up and see. No matter what, that crap goes out the window and I race hard at Regionals. I made it this far, im going to keep pushing to the next level.
