everyone met at Phys Ed, did the workout with JK in the Pippy Park Trailer Park.

20 min wu, drills and activation, 2 X (30",45",1',45", 30") with equal recovery. 20 mins or more of cool down. Gave JK some ginseng tea to say thanks for all the workouts.
