Fairmount to Meadowbrook

Comments:
All alone on this one. Did some hw, chilled this morning, then went out on a run late afternoon. Not too stressful. Tired after yesterday, and my legs could feel it. Started out real slow. My ankle was sore and weak. Didnt feel good, tape would have been ideal. I just went out there and ran, because thats what I do. I enjoyed myself by the end. Nice weather, fresh air. Sluggish up fairmount, then turned around at courtland oval and went back on meadowbrook. Felt a lot better there. Had thoughts of racing, competition, and seasons. Nothing concrete, just a mishmash. Felt a lot looser by the end, ankle was still sore though.

Got back, stretched on the lawn, and then went up to roll L7 and abs. I feel in good shape, and I feel like I can go fast. I m going to make it so that I am fast.
