Weather: indoors and wu/cd outside in really nice weather
Comments:
6 x 200m @ slightly faster than 800m pace, hit straight 28s the whole way and felt realllllly smooth until the last few when i could feel some lactic acid coming into play, 3 min rest helped too, good workout with regions coming up on wednesday
