2 miles of wonderful running again. i was supposed to run and just see how my knees felt, and then talk to jess about it. so i ran, but jess wasnt there, so i'll have to talk to her tomorrow. my knees didnt hurt, but it was only two miles. i want to be cautious and just not have to deal with this again. oh well. good to be in the groove (kind of) again.
