Weather: Treadmill, 7 p.m. Henderson Lifestyle

Comments:
Really didn't feel like working out tonight, but went anyway. Alt. 1.5 min walking @3.5mph with 3 min of running @6.0mph. Severe side stitch for the first 5 minutes, but it felt better as I went. Took all my willpower to keep going for the full 3 miles (I need to be better about the food I use as fuel!). But don't regret going :)
