This was only a fraction of the actual yardage, but this is what I am recording here for time.
This workout felt a bit sluggish. My arms were sore (tricep/bicep) maybe from pushups, maybe from yesterday's pressouts? If I didn't think about my breathing technique, I noticed I was looking behind me when I would come up for air. It took conscience effort to straighten my head. I also seemed out of breath: could be coming down with a chest cold?
