Fucking usatf isnt working tonight so cant log my shit exactly. Anyways whole warmup loop on campus, then 3 of the high knee laps and in gym we played soccer outside so actually got a decent amount in there. Anyways, not as fresh as a result so only got to the gate on the 50 second run. Then 11 200's with 150 recovery in between each except 2 of them we did an 800 and the a 400. Fucking serious muscle cramps, charlie horses in my quads and calves from the workout. Wasnt the samrtest part on Gene and Adam's part to this workout on our 3rd day back from a break...hschsdugjn. Most of them were high 31's low 32's. Occasionally dipping below 30 barely
