Comments:
I felt very tight, especially in my calves and ankles. The wind was definitely a factor in this run, which surprised me because I was more concerned about the heat. I am not sure about the exact distance of this run, but it seems about right because I really started fast. Toward the end, my legs felt worse and the pace probably slowed. I need to get my legs loose.
