Weather: Cloudy sunset to dark and comfortable

Apartment, Eldridge, Terry Hershey Park: west to reservoir dike
5:30PM. Sleep: 8 hr. Clouds didn't help the lighting, but no real issues, drills

Reservoir Dike
10 * 200m hills w/downhill recovery, felt pretty good, better than Monday, more pep in my step on the recovery, downhill acceleration leading into the last repeat

Terry Hershey Park: reservoir dike to Eldridge, Apartment
Much better cooldown than Monday, no pit stops, stretch, core & pushups.
