Weather: 55 degrees and a little wind

Comments:
did a mile and half warm up plus, then 6 miles alt. (goal: 5:30-6:30-6:00) beat it even though I was still sick. Then 1 mile cool down.
5:28-6:27-6:00-5:25-6:29(with waiting for keith for 5 sec.)-5:52=35:44 good effort!
