Comments:
Did a loop on the bottom of the arb just over a mile at slightly slower than tempo pace straight into a hard 1k up the arb hill, 1100ish meter jog back down to the bottom of the arb. tough strength workout.. legs felt terrible by the top of the arb. arb hill time was around 3:55-4:00 on the first 2 and died to a 4:17 on the last one. around 5:40ish pace at the bottom of the arb.
