So I pretty much didn't log all week until now, and I don't quite remember if the miles are correct but they should be close enough.
Did about a 25 minute tempo (25:31) for about 4.6 miles (mapped) with Carter today on North Park. Finished in 25:31, HR 156-160. Really solid. I ran at night and was feeling good. Just kept thinking "attack the road" and I was able to roll. I pushed the pace a little, but never to the point that I felt uncomfortable. Just a good, natural tempo pace. I definitely felt like I had another gear or two.
I really needed a workout today otherwise I wouldn't have one for the week. This was a good one, its about as fast as I've ever really gone for a tempo workout and as relaxed as I've felt. Definitely didn't feel this good during the 7 mile tempo I did a while ago with the team.
