230 run with a bunch of people. Headed out thorough little italy, and then looped around village, and went back through Wade oval. Decent run, legs felt good. Ankle was weak and I could feel it. Ill wrap it up tomorrow I think. That shit goes out the window and we just race tomorrow. It was cold out, wore a full mask lol.

Got back, stretch, roll, L7, wall hang, ice. Good self care. Everything feels great but the weak ankle. Tomorrow is regionals, we have been working toward this all season. We are ready, and we should embrace it. We all just need to run our race, and we know what that is. Cross the line, knowing you paid the price. Feeling Satisfied. Do work
