Comments:
Shot some hoops in the gym for 30 mins or so. Ankle was sore, its puffy and swollen. How did I run on it? Jess says the time off will be good. There might be some scar tissue there... After did some stretching, rolling and L7, then some stretch bands and icing the ankle. I actually dont think I am going to run this week. Might start running a little when we get back from break.
