Comments:
nice weather, got in about 2.65 miles for the warmup then of course the 300 around the track and such. Timed the curley classic course after doing like 12 wheelbarels thanks to dave trying to skip out..little fucker. By that time I was in mood to really go hard for the run so I didnt exactly, kinda like a cruiseish, around 2 mile pace it felt like. Got 2nd behind dave. Then did a 50 second run (340 or so), 200, 2 100s, 6 of the polevault hills and then a 36 second run which I actually bossed massively. Right behind dave. Working out is really starting to show its benefits, my arms carry me so much farther and faster now, I love it. Plus, even frank and nichol and christien said I was getting bigger. Bitches on my dick.
