Comments:
2 mile warm-up to Davis Shores. Intended on doing 2 x 1 mile for a little speed before my Thanksgiving race, but only did 1 bc of hip. It was fast - 5:52. 1 mile cool-down back to the gym and stretched and worked out in the gym after.
