Pretty long and stressful day... Just biked after lab. For a bit. Then stretched and rolled and L7 and then ankle stuff and rolling. Talked with coach for a little bit. Kinda in limbo with training now, and it feels wierd. Excited to get back to it when it returns. It felt good this season. I like that. One thing to not is the ankle strengthening all track season. Got out of it at the end of cross because I had to race. I saw what the strengthening did for my hip and knee, so I know it works.
