Weather: indoors, but great weather outside :P

Comments:
Very satisfying day, but need to run a little faster all around.

4x800- 2:00
King goes out in a 29 high and i'm behind him so i'm out in a nice comfy 30 like what the hell. Took the lead on the backstretch and just starting pumping, actually got into a nice rhythm. Of course he has a crazy kick and i just don't have the speed to match that :\ Qualified!

1600- 4:34
This was the low part of the meet, not a good race. Basically had the worst possible mindset and let escobar go way too early. Lost count of laps twice which is an awful sign and overall just not focused. Passed at the line in pathetic fashion. Oh well, qualified.

800- 2:02.2
Pretty much dog tired from the previous two races so goal was just to get out and hang on to gregorski/palmer/king/whoever was closest. Ended up being gregorski for the first lap, got out really well, but will passed me at the beginning of the third lap and just tried not to fall too bad off his pace. Felt tired after about 250, definitely confidence boosting. Qualified!
