Comments:
Not too much of a warmup today either because Gene didnt unlock the locker room til like 2:40. Anyways still got a decent amount I guess. He then timed a 300 which I didnt go too hard in, wind made me mad and I was still pretty tight. 48 lolz. Then the workout was 2(3x176), 2x176, 1x176 then some miscellaneous recovery in between. Most of them were 22,23 with the occasional one in 21. Legs kinda tired from yesterday so didnt really have any pop in them, wah. Not too bad of a day.
