There were many intervals in the workout, but I can't remember them as I write this. Basically is was a repeat of nx25@45' EZ DPS, nx100@1:40 where n increased and decreased in a pyramid fashion. All swimming was done with a pull bouy.
On the 25's, stroke count averaged roughly 13.5 with a range of 12 to 15
For the 100's, time ranged from 1:23 to 1:27
1x300 with DPS on first 50, middle 50 and last 50. Stroke count averaged roughly 14 and held constant for all three.
