Felt OK. Did 6 x 800 with :60 rest (could do 6-10 of the reps). For some reason a bit mental about it, but able to hit the times (2:50-2:55). Just wish could have done 8-10. Ran 2:51, 2:53, 2:53, 2:53, 2:53, 2:54. Just to see if I could go on did 2 x 400 with :60. 81 and 86. I guess I could have pushed out one more. I am a head case.
