Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got to the rac right after class, Did lunge matrix,
did 5 minutes on the treadmill in sweats. Dynamic stretches, leg swings, hip swings.
Went outside and started the tempo, felt really tight and new it wouldnt be a great day. Went out and did warmup loop in 18:40, wasn't ecstatic but it was ok.
Did some more stretches before the race. Went out relaxed and jsut pressed slightly when I got to center. Pretty much another tempo.
