Comments:
Warmup w/Danni the dog, ran in teams of 3, got stickers after each lap, whoever had most stickers won. We had 30 mins for each team & I ran then Nick then Amy for our team. After the each run we had to do 10 pushups, 20 crunches & 20 each side plank tap hips. Our team won w/18 laps and me almost finishing another to make it 19.
