Weather: nice, but pretty windy
Comments:
8x400 with 100-300 into the wind. Very solid workout, was still sore and tired from wednesday but aggressive warmup helped that out. 63, 65, 64, 64, 64, 64, 65, 66. 8th one was definitely the hardest, just kinda started breaking down. Always came though 200 in 31, and 300 in 47-48.
