Really tired mentally and physically so decided to take off yesterday, of course felt guilty haha but oh well. Anyways got the workout in that we were supposed to do tuesday... fucking sucked. Was supposed to be 5x500s with 5 minutes rest in between..I made it to 4 then dropped. 87, 87,87 then 91 haha. The reason i felt so shitty was probably mainly because its the firstt ime I've run in the morning in weeks and I barely had anything to eat so, not smart on my part. Felt like death honestly.
