Went to the spinning class that Burton instructs. I misread an earlier text from him in that I thought he was going to be instructing a 20 minute class. On the contrary, the 20 minutes referred to the length of the run that the high school guys were going the next day. In actuality, I got myself into a 45 minute spin session from hell. I guarantee I followed 1/4 of the commands that Burton commanded from his spinner in the front of the class on a podium. This workout kicked my ass, easily one of the hardest non-running workouts I've ever done. We got Panera afterwards and caught up.
