Weather: inside, cold basement
Comments:
run/walk combo...still have crap in my lungs from being sick. did this before i did weights. walked at 8.0 incline 4.4 speed for about 21 min and did remainder run/walk at various inclines...running was at 6.0 speed....when i did run, that is!
