Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Slept in, then dragged over to Oakway to run the PRE/campus loop w/Britt. Neither she nor I were feeling great, so it was a very slow run: about 8:30 to 9 pace. My energy was good; hip OK.
Think I know what's going on: I'm over-doing the "ab lift" - over-emphasizing the anterior elevation and neglecting the posterior depression - so, even though I'm using my abs, I'm overusing the flexors (hip, adductors, TFL) on both sides (R worse L). Need to refocus on PD as "51%" of the driving force.
