a 6:00 mile warmup then I ran my Village suite-mate's football workout with him... nothing too serious and it felt good to sprint.
10 yards - 5 situps - 20 yards - 10 situps - 30 yards - 15 situps - 40 yards - 20 situps - 50 yards - 25 situps -- 50 yards - 50 situps - 40 yards - 40 situps - 30 yards - 30 situps. then something he called a serpent, basically running along the goal-line except sprinting between the hash-marks in the middle of the field, then moving to the 5 yard line and doing it again, then 10 yard line etc. to the 50 yard line. So (jog -> sprint -> jog -> move to next 5 yard line) x 11
more abs and pushups back in the suite
