Comments:
Great run with myself, ran into some mvhs kids which was nice and chatted with them a while, then ran from ubs to barber and back. It was good, averaged well below 6:30 pace, and finished with a 4:56 mile. I am kinda sore, my right hamstring. Hopefully it's just irritated.
