Comments:
4 mile warm-up, hill circuit with 3 minute climb that I pushed at vo2 HR followed by a 5 minute cool down. Repeated till failure (per Mr Friel .. til I couldn't keep within +5% bench time without a rise in HR to 110% threshold.
