Thought we were timing the 2 mile today so I purposely went easy eysterday, what the hell. I felt really good yesterday and wanted to go hard. Whatever, gene decided he wanted mile and half times again so I bullshitted kinda. For the mile I just went my goal 2 mile pace for the first 3 laps (80/lap) and then opened up to a comfortably faster pace. Nice interval. Then in the 800 I really didnt feel liek doing so I just ran comfortable enough to not be in the back, 75, 75 haha. That one actually felt really good. I keep busting these 2:30's and I'm not really trying, good signs for the mile in meets if I'm fresh.
