Exercise Type: Run

Back after 2 weeks. It was an nice break. Felt it mentally too, much lazier and unmotivated... We back at it now. Just in time for the end of the semester. Only had an ankle brace on the left, which is good. Went out with a huge group. We all did the first lake. Felt like I hadnt run in a while... Started out at a decent pace, slowed down later. Left groin got really tight in the middle. It was uncomfortable, but felt better at the end. Legs were good otherwise. Ankles fine.

Got back, went right over to stretch. Static 1, roll, L7. Then down to do rehab. Took a really cold ice bath on my ankle after brrrr. Dropped down for a few pushups before showering.

It felt good to run today, even if I felt stiff and unfamiliar. Love it.

Also, this was less than 5.5 by a lil. Probably gonna run tomorrow, thenn xtrain thursday. We got tutorial on Wed too. I also want to switch rehab to tues thurs because that takes a lot of time after practice.
