Comments:
Stomach wasn't feeling good, so I didn't expect this to be a great workout. But at least I went. Ran 1 mile on the treadmill. Wasn't feeling like running on the treadmill, so I went up to the track. Ran 1 mile up there, then alternated 1 lap walking, 1 lap sprinting for half a mile.
