Comments:
Felt a ton better in the AM post-mobilization. Ran at lunch, felt nothing. Had extra time, so I went with a short tempo on the fairly mush bark. Felt a little hard but focused on form. Didn't check the watch. Splits:
5:24, 5:32, 2:46.
Pretty solid! :) Very little discomfort rest of the afternoon.
