ran with the giant group around the first lake. it was a good run, and i hadn't run with these people and certain people in a while. feels like forever. anyway, back in th groove of things, and i guess indicating by my 5k last week and just how i feel, i didn't lose a ton of my ability with this knee thing. happy about that.
