Man I am terrible at these! Definetly need to work at hills.
6 x 1/4 mile uphill. downhill recover
Well, just looked at the details and it turns out the hill I ran was an 80 ft climb in a 1/4 mile. No wonder I was gassed! Im going to own that hill in anothe month!
