Steeple practice

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: first pants run. high 30's probably

Comments:
Ran with Ben and Corey after 398 and before steeple drills. East side crossover loop that's one on Ben's favorites. Felt pretty good running. I felt smoother than the previous two days. I felt a little better sore throat wise after the run. Still sore all over but its getting better.
My hips were definitely tight in the steeple drills. CoachL commented. Hopefully that's just a byproduct of starting running on Monday. We did a lot of walkovers. Hopefully that will loosen my hips up and get me into a real good hurdling motion. I wanna eventually get good at this.
