Jess got me on some new stuff. Jumping on the ball, more calves and heel walks and such. It went a lot quicker, but I am sure that it is helping. Jess is cool with switching over to the Tues Thurs, and then over break I have a ton of things I can choose from, so ill compile a list, do 5 or so twice a week, then a few each day.
