Indians in Woodlands

Well, I certainly impressed myself today. The warmup was pretty fast, but the first loop of indians wasn't too bad since there were seven or eight of us so we got more rest between each sprint, and we were going slower overall.

Poeple dropped off during the first, and one more didn't do the second, so the second loop was just me, Thomas, Henry, and Spencer. With 4 people (especially 4 faster runners), Indians are a LOT more difficult. You get little rest between each sprint and even the jog portions are relatively fast. Still, I made it through and was running really well throughout (I'd say I was running the sprints the fastest, but when I led the jogs I was slower), reaffirming what I knew from last year, that Indians are by far my best workout over other distance runners.

Did get a painful blister, but I'll have tomorrow off to deal with that.
