Comments:
WEnt one some odd routes today. Ran with a large group, and ran with Wendy who was checking out Case. We showed her MLK, then ran over to the track, then winded through campus and northside back to veale. She was only going 3 or so, so we dropped her off then went out to add on. Went through little italy, 123, and looped around the village. I think it was around 6. We picked it up at that point. I felt pretty good the whole time :). Legs werent sore and ankles were good. Wasnt too chilly. Pretty standard run, and I felt like we went slow
Got back, stripped down, and then stretch static 1, roll, L7, abs and ice bath. Very tired at the end of the day. I want to sleep a lot...
