This was very inconsistent and somewhat of a roller coaster. I let myself to mentally go to pieces after the second interval and ran much of the last three miles alone. My legs tightened up some, but I was not as tired as I should have been. Finally, on the last one, after I dropped way back and cashed it in, I decided I really could run faster than I was and sprinted the last 300 just because I'm sick of letting myself give up. I actually caught up to Gjoraas from pretty far behind. I finished angry, and I hope it gives me a little bit of momentum to turn my running of late around.
